Telehealth Therapy

Research shows that telehealth sessions have the same benefit as in-person sessions. Virtual sessions allow you to avoid real-life obstacles like child-care, transportation, anxiety of leaving the house, missing work, parking and more- that prevent you from gaining access to therapy. All you need is a quiet place and your device.

Improve Relationships

If you have been stuck in unrewarding relationships, poor communication with your partner, children, parents or siblings, this will be a great opportunity to learn why problems have been persisting in your relationships and exploring how to build positive, joyful relationships.

Restore Your Confidence

Have feelings of low self-esteem and inadequacy been troubling you? The good news is that you can break through the negative cycle of constant self-criticism and fear of failure or rejection through therapy.

Stress Management

If your days seem to be a whirlwind of responsibilities and non-stop work, you find yourself being irritable and constantly on the go I can help you learn coping skills to manage your work-life balance so your mental health does not have to suffer.
